Russell's goals are to create best practices among the colleges of Nursing, Human Medicine and Osteopathic Medicine as well as MSU Health Care.
Russell earned a bachelor’s degree in electronic media production from Missouri State University and her master’s degree in human resources management from Colorado Technical University. She is currently working on her dissertation towards a doctorate in healthcare administration at Central Michigan University.
For the MSU Office of Health Sciences, her goals are to create best practices among the colleges of Nursing, Human Medicine and Osteopathic Medicine as well as MSU Health Care. She is interested in how remote work and artificial intelligence will impact decisions made in human resources as well as medicine and is watching trends related to workforce shortages.
